Project Manager error updating tasks

I have two users who have had the following error when trying to update project tasks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

FlowCode Exception (com.hornbill.projectmanager/entities/ProjectTasks/fc_ops/completeProjectTask): nodeName: Event: PostMessage; nodeId: 34cc8440-d7b4-4eea-80ce-2f50def50c32; At 207/1: "Uncaught EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[event::postMessage] The following rights [manageNotifications] in Group A are needed to invoke the method event::postMessage" throw(e); _fc_node_exec_34cc8440_d7b4_4eea_80ce_2f50def50c32

 

Any ideas what might be causing this?

 

It seems random (doesn't happen every time) and occurring on a task that they are a Project Manager and the Assigned person.

 

I think this has occurred since the “Notify Project Manager when task closed” has been added.
