Guest Paul Alexander Posted June 26, 2018 Posted June 26, 2018 Hi We have a team of Analysts whose team name is Service Desk. We don't seem to be able to 'enable assignment' to any analysts in this team. This has worked for months, but I was asked this morning why there's nobody showing in the team when you try to assign a ticket to them. I've gone in to the team and re-enabled the assignment option, but if I go out of this view and back in, the 'assignment' option slider is back to 'No'. All other Service teams are fine, and the users who are in this team and other teams CAN be assigned tickets if their 'other' team is selected, so I'm guessing it's something to do with the team name. Any ideas please?

Victor Posted July 13, 2018 Posted July 13, 2018 There is an issue here whereby assignments cannot be enabled/disabled if the team has configured "sub-teams" in the organisation structure. This is being looked into.
