LukePatchett Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 Hi All, Switched from an iPhone where I get notifications each time an e-mail comes in, I update a call and so on but the Samsung doesn't alert me? Device is registered, notifications turned on. Is this an known issue?
Jeremy Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 We have the same issue and @James Ainsworth was looking into this for us, Not sure how much further it has progressed, our guess would be that there is a problem with the permissions of the Android App not allowing notifications.

On our own instance at Hornbill I am also having issues receiving notifications on my Android device, but I'm the only one that has reported this issue. It seems to be fine for other Android users. This suggested to me that it is something to do with my device rather than a configuration on Hornbill. We will continue to investigate.
