Darren Rose Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 In order to speed up the process of adding tasks or risks, I think it would be useful to be able to add / edit tasks as a grid view. i.e. from the risk dashboard, I could change the status without having to go into the individual risk. On the task dashboard, I could change the assignee or due dates from the task view rather than having to go into each individual task. Is that type of feature possible with the existing platform? Thanks Darren
AlexTumber Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 @Darren Rose thanks for your post. This is definitely possible. I will feed this back to our product and development teams. Alex 1
Darren Rose Posted June 13, 2018 Author Posted June 13, 2018 Thanks @alextumber If I had a wish list, this would be right at the top
AlexTumber Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 @Darren Rose like this you mean? :-) This is currently being tested, but I expect to see it in Project Manager in either the next or one after updates. Alex 1
Darren Rose Posted June 13, 2018 Author Posted June 13, 2018 Yes, absolutely. If it could be done like that across risks and the tasks that would be great. As a quick aside, If it's possible to add the weighting and impact the risk view too, then that would be really good as well. 1
AlexTumber Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 @Darren Rose Thanks. I will feed this back to our development and product teams. Alex 1
AlexTumber Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 @Darren Rose Both impact and Probability selections will be in the next Project Manager update (expected this week). This includes dynamic recalculation of the risk weighting based on the configured project risk matrix. The same functionality for tasks in a project will arrive in a future Project Manager update.
