LukePatchett Posted June 12, 2018 Share Posted June 12, 2018 Hi All, I am doing some testing our Hornbill Service Manager and looking to introduce questions to be sent to our clients once we have closed off their calls. These questions are created on our service type, switch them on but when I leave the screen, go back they are switched off again. Am I missing something?
