Martyn Houghton Posted June 4, 2018 Share Posted June 4, 2018 When attempting to add custom fields to the service, which are then available for all the request types for the service, you only can add 6 before the plus option to add further disappears. Where as under the request type View Details Form, you can add more of them. As we have services with multiple request types, but share common custom fields, I wanted to avoid having to configure they repeatedly for each request type. Is there a reason for this restriction?
