Request/Closure Categories not saved?

Once you've created the new closure category do you need to apply it? We can't see it in the list

You just need to Click on Save.

Then refresh the page you are resolving the call on, it should then show.

Thanks, we did try a refresh earlier but it wasn't showing

 

It is now though... weired

Occasionally a refresh doesn't seem to update fully - for me I've found that a hard refresh (CTRL+F5) forces the update.
