On Hold\Resume no longer working?

update...

I have connected to my work laptop and tried it and it works on the same call we have been trying.

I have closed Chrome down totally on my pc I am using at home and tried again and it still doesn't work.

 

I then asked others to try 1 person it works - so I tried the same call and it doesnt work. another person says it is still not working for them either?

@lee mcdermott  ok, I have reloaded the application cache for SM in your instance. Quite sure is not going to solve it but I am running very thin on options and my head hurts now (no more banging against the desk)... One more thing we can try is if you can update SM to the latest build...

so i have applied latest update.

first i tried Microsoft edge and it is working

 

went back to chrome and it has started working also. - so that may have been you reloading the cache or me applying the update?

 

can you take the select time option off again and i will get people to try it again.

 

a couple have already said it is working again so looking good.
