enhancement Allow the inclusion of a clickable link in the service portal footer

We're a University and have a centralised student/staff facing knowledge-base and it would be really useful to be able to link to this in the footer of the service portal. It would also be useful to link to other services like our chat support.

Hi @davidrb84 thanks for the suggestion.

We will take a look at options for possibly enabling wiki markup in the About Text section which is displayed at the footer of the portal, this will allow you to include links etc in this section.
