Guest Paul Alexander Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 hello I have some emails which used to automatically update tickets when we received them, but they seem to have suddenly started failing. Which logs should I be looking at to see WHY these updates have failed please? thanks
Victor Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 @Paul Alexander it depends where the failure happens... if it happens at the routing rule level, meaning an error while processing the email through the rules then this would be the mail service log... if the failure happens while the email is processed by a specific rule, during an operation (e.g. log or update request) the then this would be the server service log...
