New tab for the Service Portal

How do you display your escalation or complaints process - we had added it to our FAQ but have been asked whether it could have its own tab (next to FAQ).

Is this a possible feature request?

@nasimg have you considered having this escalation or complaint process as a document which you share on the portal?

in terms of additional tabs we would need to look at specific use cases and or generic approaches that could be multi-functional for customers.

Can you remind me - does this need the customer to have a collaboration license.

I think it would be good to have a customisable tab.

@nasimg customers don't need the collaboration subscription to be able to view and download documents on the portal.  You can create libraries and add documents to these libraries, you can then do a couple of things:

1. Share specific libraries with the library portal role and give this role to the customers

2. Share specific libraries with specific customers  

The customers won't have options to collaborate on the documents etc but will have the options to download 

We'll certainly look at how we can make customisable tabs, one change we have in our list to do is to display a tab of service bulletins, and choose which are just displayed here rather than on the carousel - so this maybe another option once this feature is available
