New Update: Hornbill Service Manager (1223)

Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (1223) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

FIXED:

• Basic users could not close Requests that they did not raise {PM00151123}
• Owners were not receiving notifications when a Request gets updated via Portals {PM00151136}
• Users with an apostrophe in their user ID were unable to view Services the Portals {PM00151143}
