Martyn Houghton Posted May 1, 2018 Posted May 1, 2018 We would like the ability to have multiple customer portals linked to a single instance or the ability to have multiple branding/configuration sets which are linked to the account being used to login. The reason being is that we are integrating multiple service desks from different divisions in multiple locations on to a common Hornbill Instance. Therefore we would like the ability to customise the customer experience on the customer portal to the specific division they are logging in to use services from. Cheers Martyn
