SJEaton
Hi We'v had a number of customers report that they struggle with calendar pickers as they think there are no arrows displayed to change month. I've attached a screen shots of what it looks like in Chrome (small squares) and in IE they see nothing at all! Is this what everyone sees or are they supposed to be arrows that display strangely for us? Sam

Miro
Hi @SJEaton Just last thing to confirm. Does it happen in Portal or Collaboration Core? Regards, Miro
SJEaton
Portal (not sure what Collaboration Core is?)
Daniel Dekel
Hi @SJEaton, The Collaboration Core is what you may call to the Hornbill App, the one you or any other user (analyst) would login to and use every day (live.hornbill.com/...) The other two are the Customer Portal and the Service Portal. By the way, we are looking at the problem with the icons, will probably have a fix relatively fast. Kind regards, Daniel.
