Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (1218) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

NEW:

  • Choose what actions are allowed on a Request while it is on hold {CH00138542}
  • Choose the background colour used to show unread Requests in the Request List using the app setting 'webapp.view.ITSM.serviceDesk.requests.list.unreadColour' {CH00150396}
  • Option to filter the list of Services by Service Category {CH00150176}

FIXED:

  • Performance improvements around adding attachments, connections or linked requests {PM00150213}
  • The raiseNewRequest AutoResponder action could not set the site for internal customers {PM00150580}
  • Printing a Request would not respect Service configuration for the Request Details {PM00150587}
  • "Errors when logging request" message incorrectly displayed in the Request confirmation popup if the attachment form was shown in Progressive Capture {PM00150660}
  • Custom Date fields in Request form were not displaying the offset time {PM00150678}
  • Difference in results when filtering Requests on Last 30 Days vs Last X Days set to 30 {PM00150572}
  • The setting for visibility of Quick Request templates is not being enforced on PC form {PM00150658}
  • Silent error in the logs when Request Approvers is set up in a BPM {PM00150814}
