Adding a Service Contract

Hi

I realise the feature is in BETA so may not work yet, but am I missing something when trying to add a service contract? 

The option to add contract is 'greyed out' and there is no 'type' to select

Hi @Darren Rose,

In order to add a new Service Contract in Hornbill, you would first need to add the profile categories for contracts.

If you navigate to the admin tool and go to Admin>System>Data>Profiles you will come across this highlighted profile type below:

 

 If you add a couple of categories for your contracts within this section, and then refresh the browser in Hornbill Collaboration, the next time you want to add a contract in an organisation record, it will give you the option to select the category,  and once you enter some information in notes, it will allow you to save the contract:
