Dan Munns Posted March 27, 2018 Share Posted March 27, 2018 Hi, I have come in this morning to find that none of the analysts can raise any tickets and are getting the attached error when they try. I can raise tickets (as I have super user access) but this is not a work around I am comfortable with.
