Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (1189) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

NEW:

  • NEW: Service Portal Administrators can now set the size and number of icons that are shown in the Portals using the application settings found under guest.servicemanager.portal.home.* {CH00142442}
  • NEW: You can now filter the Request list using the advanced search filter {CH00149773}

CHANGED:

  • CHANGE: Service Manager users that are only the customer of a Request must view and action it through the Portals

FIXED:

  • FIX: Requests were unable to be resolved by the BPM if the action was triggered by a Customer Portal user {PM00149842}
  • FIX: Missing translation strings the Portal Progressive Captures attachment form {PM00150100}
  • FIX: When raising a Release, the list of Services were unable to display the Service's status {PM00150157}
  • FIX: The source of a Request appeared to change when editing the Request details {PM00150210}
  • FIX: Issue with Response and Resolution timer display on Request Details {PM00150203}
  • FIX: Could not branch on the Customer's details in Progressive Capture {PM00150190}
  • FIX: Customer details were missing when printing a Request {PM00150367}
