Harry Hornbill Posted March 22, 2018 Share Posted March 22, 2018 Hello Everyone The latest build of Hornbill Document Manager (272) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows:New Added settings 'guest.documentmanager.cansearch' and 'guest.documentmanager.librarytagfilter' to enable the search and library tag filter features to be enabled or disabled on the portal Added the ability to filter libraries by tags in the portal Added Title/Description search to customer and service portal Always remember the order by the user has selected and default to order by most recently updated Added helper tooltips for explaining my documents, collections, and libraries Added tag cloud to libraries page Added the ability to filter libraries by tags on the document list page {#CH00147136} Implement Search for Documents in Global Search to search on title and description Display Collections and Libraries on left hand side of document list to allow for easier access Change When publishing a document to a library you can set edit and modify metadata permissions Global search for documents can now be switched between tags and title/description search Can access library properties from the library list page Fix {#PM00150358} document manager portal displays all libraries including those you can't access {#PM00146331} Not loading translations when plugging in to Organisations share button remains disabled when there is an error sharing a document Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
