Rohit Govind Posted February 14, 2018 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Hi, I'm trying to print request ticket information including full timeline history but it doesn't seem to be working. I get everything except timeline information. Anyone else have this issue? See attached example. I'm expecting a lot more information in the timeline section. I've printed using the native browser print option and this print all the ticket information albeit in browser view format which is not very neat. Thanks, Rohit. We use Chrome predominantly here and I am not able to replicate it on incidents, problems or service requests. Also which Service Manger build are you on, we are on 1131?
