Auto create Customer

Using the Hornbill Integration bridge it's quite easy to automatically create a user.

Is it possible to use a similar method to create a Customer (external user) and assign them to an Organisation?

This is something we would be interested in as well, plus the ability in the BPM to remove them as well.

With GDPR coming into force we will need to have a managed process (i.e. BPM process) where a potential contact is setup, a confirmation (double opt in) email is sent, which requires the new contact to approve. The BPM then completes the process if they respond posivitely and if negative response/no respnse is required the contact is deleted/not created.

Cheers

@James Ainsworth

Is their any update on whether having the ability to setup portal access when creating a new contact.

Similarly we would also like to be able to do the following operations as well.

  • Suspend/Authorise Portal Access
  • Enable/Disable Organisation Access
  • Enable/Disable Can Cancel permission
  • Reset Password using auto generator return password as a result.

Thanks

Martyn

I realise that this is a VERY old post, but is there now a way to give a Contact access to the Customer Portal in the BPM?

We're now starting to look at using the Customer Portal to expand our requests to external companies and contacts and having the option to add them as users through the BPM would really help....

thanks
