We created a catalogue item which has an issue so I'd like to see all calls that followed that process so we can rectify the issue (Call not closing automatically after resolution). Victor Posted February 9, 2018 Share Posted February 9, 2018 @clampj you can create a report to return this info... here is an example of such report: bp-associated-to-requests.report.txt It queries the requests table to pick up the ID of the BP instance associated to the request, then BP instances table to pick up the ID of the BP then BP definition table to pick up the title of the BP.
