Steve Giller Posted February 2, 2018 Posted February 2, 2018 Client version 1.7.6 No requests are appearing in the mobile client. Tasks etc. appears to be working fine.
Victor Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 @DeadMeatGF hmm...not sure what happened, I think I experienced the same... is it still the case for you? Had a quick look I think they working fine now... (might take a bit longer to load if you have many active requests)... EDIT: so, I understand from dev team that we found this issue and fixed it. The fix is currently in our beta instance (this is why is working for me) and it will be available in live soon...
Steve Giller Posted February 6, 2018 Author Posted February 6, 2018 Thanks @Victor (and sorry for the late response, I was off yesterday) I'll let the team know that a fix is in the pipeline.
Claire Holtham Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 We're getting this too. Any idea when it might be fixed please? Just a rough eta, I won't hold you to it :-)
Claire Holtham Posted February 8, 2018 Posted February 8, 2018 @Victor any news on this one - should I raise a support ticket for it. Our non-desk-based 2nd line support staff are working 'blind' without the mobile app's requests. cheers, C
Victor Posted February 8, 2018 Posted February 8, 2018 @Claire Holtham this should have been fixed in with yesterday deployment of the latest Collaboration update... maybe try and log off and log back on?
Steve Giller Posted February 8, 2018 Author Posted February 8, 2018 I've tested this on my App and it's working fine for me. 1
Claire Holtham Posted February 8, 2018 Posted February 8, 2018 Thanks, yes we're working now. I was looking out for the Announcement, and I must live in a different world because 764 is displaying as: So it was not at all obvious that this is the fix for the Mobile app Requests not working! Glad it's sorted :-)
Victor Posted February 8, 2018 Posted February 8, 2018 @Claire Holtham yes, I know the Collaboration update announcement does not specify the fix for this issue... So I do agree, we should have notified you and Steve as the notes do not specify this. Apologies!
