Dan Munns Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 Hi all (and a Happy New Year), When exporting the calls from the request list view via 'Export list' the resulting .csv fails to show the status 'New'. All other status names show fine. This happens when exporting the list from a default or custom view. Any chance we could have this looked at please? Thanks Dan

Dan Munns Posted January 3, 2018 Author Posted January 3, 2018 @Victor I can confirm that is true. Also, in our reports (run from the admin page) they show as status.new. It is only the Export List .csv which seems to be deficient.
Victor Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 @Dan Munns ... I thought as much but is no harm to confirm, sometimes a small (important) thing can be missed... I know I do this sometimes and then I'm like #doh #facepalm myself... I'll have a look and see what's going on...
