Time double logged

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Just got a few requests where I logged the time in an activity. When I then got to the next activity (in the same request) when I then finish this one without selecting any time spent the same time is logged as in the first activity

Example: SR00010027

Kind regards,

Mark

@m.vandun, perhaps is using the auto calculate? Does the activity has a Start and End date?

Could be related to this feature described in this forum post:

Kind regards,

Daniel.

@m.vandun, can you please describe in more details how to replicate this?

You open one particular request in Service Manager and it has multiple Activities? Is that the case? What do you do then?

Thanks,

Daniel.

@Daniel Dekel

Correct. It is a request where another activity is created based upon completion of an activity (via BPM). When you fill in the time spent on the first activity (i.e. 6 minutes) the activity after this is completed with the same time. In the second activity I did not fill in any time spent (left this blank/default).

I did not check what happens when you have a third activity and complete this one.

2 activities are closed, I only filled in the time in the first one.

@m.vandun, I still can't replicate, even when I fill the timer rather than the Time Spent field.

Can you replicate this every time or it was a one time off?

I'll keep on trying.

Daniel.

Hi @m.vandun,

I am still unable to replicate this problem but without luck. I wonder if you still have this issue and if you have a clue on how to replicate? Do you use the Timesheet Manager in any other place? doe sit happen also there?

Thank you,

Daniel
