Darren Rose Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 Morning, Is anyone else having issues searching for tickets this morning? We had a connection issue this morning, and since then, we're unable to search for tickets. Just says no results found, even though the ticket is open and assigned to a team and owner. Any ideas?

Victor Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 @Darren Rose the connection issue this morning is not related to the search issue then... most likely on the 15th when the request was created the indexer service did not index it... The fix would be to recreate the indexes... Make sure you select the "New" option. Once done, if the request still does not come up searches, the index would have to be rebuilt using "All" option. But this might have a performance impact so best to be done out of hours (if you don't have an out of hours period, best to be done when the desk is least busy)...
