dwalby Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 Hi, When creating Target Counter widgets I've noticed that the title only appears in a small bar at the top of the widget, see 'Numbers of Resolved Incidents This Month' example. This makes it difficult to read when on a large screen. Is it possible to instead have the title shown in large font beneath the counter like the 'Number of Resolved Service Requests Today' widget example?:
Dan Munns Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 @dwalby If you change the widget type to 'List of Counters' rather than 'Target Counter' you can display the text as per your second example.
dwalby Posted December 18, 2017 Author Posted December 18, 2017 Thanks @Dan Munns - I was hoping to avoid using 'List of Counters' as I've already created the measures I need. I'll work through creating my widgets using 'List of Counters' in the meantime. @James Ainsworth - Could I submit a feature request to allow widgets other than 'List of Counters' to display the title in large font like below?
James Ainsworth Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 Hi @dwalby Thanks for your post. The developers will have a look. There is a challenge with space as while the List of Counters only has a icon and a count, other widgets can show more information and fitting the title in might be a challenge. I'll post back if they have any luck. Regards, James
dwalby Posted December 19, 2017 Author Posted December 19, 2017 @James Ainsworth - Thanks that'd be good, I think the font size of the title scales anyway so might not be a problem.
NeilWJ Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 This will be available in upcoming release. The title will appear in bottom right or top left depending on widget title settings. Cheers
