SJEaton Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 Hi We have a user that can get to the Simple Lists via Hornbill Service Manager > Simple Lists but doesn't have the icon to add/delete a list. Can you confirm the role that needs to be given in order for a user to be able to add simple lists please? Thanks Sam
Victor Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 @SJEaton you would need a role that has these system rights... if is an already existing role that has these rights or if you create a custom role just for these rights, it would be your choice
