Automatic Appointment Generation

Is there a way to generate an appointment activity through the BPM?

@TSheward_SGW it is not currently possible to create an Appointment type activity in the BPM, however you can use the Human Task node option and make some settings to mimic an appointment.

So set the Category to be appointment (it is still a human task but category will be Appointment when reviewed on activity list)

 

In the Lifespan setting you can use the Start (Variable) option and pass in a date / time from a question you ask in a progressive capture form - so in effect when is the appointment needed.  

You could also include other request info as variables in the task details such as the customer
