yelyah.nodrog
Our trust is placing a "change Freeze" in place over the xmas week and we need a way to block out dates in the change calendar so none are scheduled. From the 15th Dec to 1st Jan. I have had a look at previous topics and the only thing I can find is: However this was last year. and I am wondering if there has been any update? and if not if anything can be advised as a work around? James Ainsworth
Hi Hayley, Thanks for your post. We do have a change in our backlog for providing a change freeze period which originated from Nasim's post. I've added you to the change. Unfortunately this won't be available for you this week. I will post back if I can come up with any ideas to work around this. Regards, James
James Ainsworth
A new feature has been made available which will allow you to block out days within the Change Calendar as Freeze Periods. A user with the appropriate rights can add to the Freeze Periods. Once a Freeze period has been set, this can be applied to BPM Operations that automatically raise changes, and to the Scheduling Action on a request where it will prevent users from scheduling during a Freeze Period. For more information please see our documentation here. Regards, James
