Reporting on Static Dropdowns

Hi

I have a report that pulls data entered in custom fields.  The majority work fine but for one of the custom fields (h_custom_q) for some reason it is returning a Yes or No in the Appointment Type column rather than what was selected from the static dropdown. I've attached the field properties and the report extract.  Do I need to set the field properties up in a different way to report on static dropdowns?  Thanks
