Victor Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 Hi all We had a number of our customers this week reporting an issue with empty/blank date/time values in exported reports. This is something we are aware of and is being addressed in the next ESP (platform) update - build number equal or greater than 2860. This build will not be available in live instances until at least next week. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.
Victor Posted November 27, 2017 Author Posted November 27, 2017 If all goes well and as planned, the current deployment schedule for the next platform update (which contains the fix for this issue) in live instances is: Tuesday 28/11/2017.
Victor Posted November 28, 2017 Author Posted November 28, 2017 The next platform update has now been deployed which means live instances will be updated overnight. Therefore the issue should no longer occur once the instance has been updated. 1
