SJEaton Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 Hi If we reply to an email received in a Mailbox, it doesn't include the original email in the email trail. It starts the email trail from the reply email and then displays it from that point onwards but the original email is not present which is annoying when trying to track what an original email said. I've attached a screenshot of a test reply sent which clearly doesn't show the original email. Can this be fixed? Sam
