Hi

In the majority of workflows we auto-assign the request to a particular team and then have a 'wait for query owner' auto-task.  In the past, this meant that when a user first went into a request from the request list, it landed on the assignment option.  Recently though (probably for the last week or so) I've noticed that when first going into requests it lands on the update option meaning the user has to then select the assign icon to assign the request.  I know this isn't a big issue but just wondered why this might have changed recently?  Landing on the assignment option was a nice little touch and saved the user a few seconds :)

This was an issue we recently fixed, if you head over to the Admin tool and hit the update button all should be as it should be :)
