James Ainsworth Posted November 22, 2017 Share Posted November 22, 2017 Hi Sam, I just wanted to confirm that when you say 'Teams' you are still referring to having subscriptions to a Request Catalog Item under a service and not limiting the Support Teams for Request Catalog Item? SJEaton Posted November 23, 2017 Author Share Posted November 23, 2017 Hi James, Yes I think support teams can remain as set under a service, we would just like to be able to set different subscribers for catalog items under a service so that only certain customers/teams see certain catalogue items.
