Martin.bowman Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 Hi, Since ESP 2856 yesterday, Service Manager reports are displaying as 'Failed' status and no dates are returned in date columns withing the .csv output. The Preview works ok. Can you advise please? Thanks
TrevorKillick Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 @Martin.bowman We are working on correcting the failed report runs now. The missing dates we are currently investigation. Apologies for the inconvenience. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
Martin.bowman Posted November 27, 2017 Author Posted November 27, 2017 Hi @TrevorKillick @Victor Further to this is there nay update please, the dates are still not being displayed in the .csv output. Thanks Martin
Victor Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 @Martin.bowman yes, this is a known issue, should be fixed this week.
Martyn Houghton Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 @Victor Appreciate the issue is being worked on, but Thursday of this week is the end of the month, like others I suspect, we will have a large volume of reports to generate for monthly reporting, so any further details in terms of timescales for this week would be reassuring. Cheers Martyn
Victor Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 @Martyn Houghton I have no details on the timescales I'm afraid other than what was mentioned in the post ... when I find out more I'll surely update the post... The issue is actually fixed is just waiting for a build to be deployed in live instances...
Victor Posted November 29, 2017 Posted November 29, 2017 @Martin.bowman @Martyn Houghton the issue with empty date fields in exported reports is now fixed
