Dear All,

 we are currently working to address an issue effecting a number of instances. It is likely that you will experience the error: 

"Connection timed out after 10002 milliseconds"

We will provide a further update shortly.

Dear All,

 I am pleased to inform you that our infrastructure team have successfully tracked down and addressed the root cause of the issue. All those effected will now be able to access their instance as normal.

Please accept my apologies on behalf of Team Hornbill for this most recent outage. Full detail and explanation will be provided in due course.
