SJEaton Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 Is it right that all supporting teams for a service are able to see all requests allocated to each others teams or is there a way that access can be restricted? We have 2 HR teams and want to set up a catalogue item where depending on a query type selected in the procap, the workflow allocates the request to one of these teams but the teams don't want to be able to see each others requests as some may contain personal info regarding the customer. I'm assuming we can't restrict access to each others requests if the 2 teams are supporting teams to the service where this catalogue item sits? Sam

As I understand it you would need to have two separate services, with them being assigned to the appropriate separate supporting team to achieve this. Cheers Martyn
