Victor Posted November 14, 2017 Posted November 14, 2017 @PSG @shamaila.yousaf @Rohit Govind just got back from our infrastructure team. we are having some issues with one our data servers and this is affecting your instances. We are working to have this fixed ASAP. 1
Victor Posted November 14, 2017 Posted November 14, 2017 @all The issue has now been resolved. Apologies for the disruption, I can confirm this was not caused by or as a follow up on yesterday issue. This one was caused by a LINUX defect/bug in one of our data servers which made one of our databases unresponsive for a short while.
PSG Posted November 14, 2017 Posted November 14, 2017 our instance is running again too. Thanks for your help @Victor
