The issue has now been resolved. Apologies for the disruption, I can confirm this was not caused by or as a follow up on yesterday issue. This one was caused by a LINUX defect/bug in one of our data servers which made one of our databases unresponsive for a short while.

Similar problems this morning, they appear to have resolved themselves while I was gathering error messages! I've posted anyway in case there are any lingering issues.
The errors were more or less changing between the ones attached, although the instance check on the support site was showing as OK.

We are still seeing performance issues on our instance, actions on tickets is very slow - is this something you are aware of?
