Am I supposed to be able to see them in the details of this service? They are definitely there and visible in requests (see 2nd attachment) but I can't even see the standard details fields that each service has. Am I looking in the wrong place?? If you did, then they won't be visible in service "Details", they will be only visible in "Request Config" ... I am also quite sure that adding custom fields in service "Details" (and not in "Request Config") does not make them available on requests...
