Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (1082) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

New

  • You can now filter the Request List by the External Reference field {CH00148668}
  • a new BPM operation "Entity -> Requests -> Update Request -> Source" in now available to set a Request source {CH00148583}
  • The BPM operation that assigns Requests on a round-robin basis can now also check if the users are offline {CH00148161}
  • When raising a new Request the customer's Organisation ID is now recorded agains the Request. The new field is called h_org_id
Change
  • Minor UI improvements to the layout of a Service in the portals providing a smoother experience as the page loads
  • When opening a popup with a text field you will now be able to type into it without having to select the field first
  • You can now click on the title icon for Requests and Services to quickly navigate around the app
Fix
  • The Business Process ''Entity -> Requests -> Assignment -> Assign to Team'' is unable to remove the owner of a Request {PM00148929}
  • Improved filtering on the Request List when you used the default filters such as "All My Services" as your Request List Home View
  • You can now store up to 128 characters for the IP Address of an Asset
  • Not all Contacts were returned when defining your Business Process if you had more than 1000 records
  • Improved the query to return Requests that could be missing in the list of Requests under the "I'm a Member" option {PM00148724}
  • If a User was associated with a Site, the option to choose an Asset's site in Progressive Capture would not be presented
  • The 'Target Response Time' and 'Target Resolve Time' variables were not returning the correct values in snippets {PM00148780}
  • Better validation when trying to change or set the Owner of an Asset where you have to actually click on a User from the list of results {PM00148684}
  • You can now have links in the description of your catalog item and they will be clickable in the portals
  • When changing the Site of an Asset, the Owner is no longer removed {PM00148684}
  • Some under the hood changes to improve the performance of queries and to tighten up Entity definitions. Updating the app should also be faster.
  • You could not unset the resolution category of a Request {PM00148818}
  • Clicking on the home icon in the mobile app would not reload the list of Requests in the mobile app but add the same records to the end of the list {PM00148793}
  • When exporting the Request list, the correct status is now used to determine if you will see a warning for how many Requests you are allowed to export {PM00148707}
  • If no Service Level had been set against a rules, the rules were not visible in the list {PM00148814}
  • If you clicked the back button when viewing the details of a Service Level Agreement, you would be taken back to the list of Services instead of the list of Agreements {PM00148741}
  • The 'Apply' button in the apply email popup is disabled once it's been clicked to prevent multiple updates being processed {PM00148861}
  • Long names for users and teams would cause the Request details assignment text to run out of the section {PM00148893}
  • When Change Requests are disabled in portals, change request catalog items are still available {PM00148930}
  • Wrong label when printing a request {PM00148934}
  • The Business Process is unable to remove the owner of a Request {PM00148929}
  • Email snippets containing date variables could show the wrong day
