Martyn Houghton Posted November 7, 2017 Posted November 7, 2017 @gwynne We seem to be having an issue with charts loading for some of our users, but the same chart widget on our dashboard user is working fine. it seems to be user/permission based issues, as we have not made any changes to sharts for sometime. Are you getting the text in the chart just saying loading, which it never does? Cheers Martyn

Not sure yet if this is related, but interested to see if the above issue is resolved once the update is automatically applied during your maintenance window. Regards, James
gwynne Posted November 8, 2017 Author Posted November 8, 2017 @Martyn Houghton not a user permission issue as I am full admin and the creator cannot view it, looks like the update did not fix the problem. still getting the error message. No issues with counts or any other widget type by looks of it
