Report Failed to run

Hi,

 I was just wondering if there is a problem with running reports? All my reports are failing to run, although I can pre-view the data.

Our Infrastructure team believe they have identified and rectified the issue. Can you try and run a report again please and let me know the outcome.

While looking through the logs we noticed that at 2017-11-01 12:24:05Z the process which runs the reports lost its connection to the database and failed to recover from this resulting in failed report runs, this is a known issue that can effect different services a fix has been provided by Development to prevent this from occurring again and we are doing everything we can to expedite this fix to live as soon as we can.
