TrevorKillick Posted November 1, 2017 Share Posted November 1, 2017 @Darren Rose While looking through the logs we noticed that at 2017-11-01 12:24:05Z the process which runs the reports lost its connection to the database and failed to recover from this resulting in failed report runs, this is a known issue that can effect different services a fix has been provided by Development to prevent this from occurring again and we are doing everything we can to expedite this fix to live as soon as we can.
