Martyn Houghton Posted October 31, 2017 Posted October 31, 2017 Where you have a large number of contacts set within an organisation for access via the customer portal, the current Portal Access screen can be somewhat of a pain to navigate and locate the account given that it does not appear to be sorted at all at the moment. Would it be possible to have the ability to filter on the portal access screen fields, as well as sort by contact name, 'Can Cancel' and 'Organisation View'. Thanks Martyn

Martyn Houghton Posted November 11, 2017 Author Posted November 11, 2017 @Victor Thanks for the update, but it was the 'Portal Access' screen under organisation in the Live User App I was referring too rather than the portal accounts unless the admin tool screen is being extended to include an organisation based view and the flags for can cancel/organisation view? Martyn Houghton Posted February 8, 2019 Author Posted February 8, 2019 @Victor, @James Ainsworth This is still an issue, as we add more and more users to the customer portal, the Portal Access screen under Organisation become unmanageable due to it not having any sort order or filter on it. Can the UI be improved for this element. Cheers Martyn
HHH Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 We are partly suffering from the same dilemma as @Martyn Houghton It would be really nice to have an opt-out setting for organisation view so that contacts get it unless otherwise specified. 1
