Adding Attachment via BPM

Hi,

Is it possible to add an attachment to an automated node in the BPM? Or to add the document via the mail template.

We have a default form a customer must fill in and include in a faulty device when they return it to us. This so we know from which customer the package is.

Regards,

As an alternative, have you considered moving the form into the ProCap, then all the customer has to do is label the returned device with the Request Reference?
I appreciate that won't work for everyone, but this is how we're trialling things inside the department and it's looking good so far.

That is a good alternative and definitely an option when the form is no option. The problem is that we have to attach some kind of reference on the device so we don't lose track of the device itself. When this is done by the customer it would save a step for our agents.

That is how we do it - in our case it is for Reprographics requests when we're copying a physical document, the call is logged with all information captured, then the physical document is labelled with the Request Reference by the customer before being posted to/collected by the Reprographics team.

No Reference: No printing!
