We've found that the search on applying an email to a ticket is limited to SR and IN numbers only.

It would be improved a lot if you could do a text search there so you don't have to switch to the request list, copy the IN or SR number and paste it into the search field.

@Bluegate just to confirm, you mean that it doesn't automatically pick up the Request ID for any types other than INs and SRs? I'll get this raised with development.

You said you would like a text search on the Apply Email to Request form.

Do you mean that you would like  a free text search to match on the Summary / Description of existing requests? Instead of only being able to use the Request ID?
