Prathmesh Patel Posted October 17, 2017 Posted October 17, 2017 Hi, is there a way we can track how may times an FAQ has been read/viewed and who by?
Darren Rose Posted October 17, 2017 Posted October 17, 2017 We use the data within the h_itsm_faqs table to get the number of views and the feedback count. I don't think you can see who is viewing, but Hornbill may be able to correct me on that one thanks
Guest NadeemMazhar Posted October 17, 2017 Posted October 17, 2017 Hi @Prathmesh Patel, Within the application, if you click on the application Service Manager, and select a Service where a FAQ is stored. If you go to the FAQ tab, you will see a list of FAQs that have been created, with the respected stats which include likes, dislikes and views. Currently, we cannot view who the FAQs have been read by. Kind regards Nadeem
Prathmesh Patel Posted October 17, 2017 Author Posted October 17, 2017 Thanks Nadeem. I suppose you cant see who its view by? Is there any reports that be run via the wigets on this?
