Muneer Posted October 16, 2017 Posted October 16, 2017 HI, I would like to allow users to raise new change requests from the self service portal. However the catalog item does not appear when I login onto the service portal. It just reads "There are currently no Catalogs or Requests against this Service". The catalog item I created was under the change request tab on the request config. Strangley, if I then create a new catalog item under the service request tab, when I go onto the portal I can see both the service request and the change request items? The catalog items are set to "published" and the portal visibility is turned on. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
Guest Ehsan Posted October 16, 2017 Posted October 16, 2017 Hi @Muneer, This behaviour is controlled via an Application Setting. You can enable visibility of Change Requests in the Portal through the Admin Tool (https://admin.hornbill.com/charnwoodbc/settings/application/com.hornbill.servicemanager/). Hope this helps. Thanks, Ehsan
